Funding

You don’t need to “pound nails” to be a key and valued contributor to St. Mary Habitat for Humanity.  The materials for this year’s house will cost at least $70,000 and we at St. Mary have a goal to raise $8,000 of that total, mostly via your contributions to Dollar Days after each Mass in November.  Financial contributions are critical to success.  Your tax deductible donations make a world of difference, one house and one family at a time.

Here are a few examples of what your donation can buy:

            $10        a floor joist

            $25        a roof truss

            $50        an interior door

            $100     an exterior door

$250      50 bundles of roof shingles

            $650     plumbing for one bathroom

            $2,500  the entire foundation

            $6,500  the entire framing package
